From solo newcomer to LA's go-to connector

The short version of a long, very intentional journey.

Arrived in the U.S., solo

At 25 I moved to America on my own, and built a thriving business and a network of incredible entrepreneurs from the ground up.

Opened my own insurance agency

In 2017 I opened my own insurance agency, built from zero entirely through relationships and referrals.

Built a 2,000-member online community

In 2022 I grew an online community for mompreneurs to more than two thousand members, and it's still growing.

Founded a BNI chapter

In 2023 I started and grew my own chapter of BNI, the world's largest business referral organization, and learned firsthand what makes referral networking actually work. Awarded Member of the Year in 2024.

Founded The Connection Company

In September 2024 I founded The Connection Company and began coaching entrepreneurs on how to grow their business through networking and the power of connections.

Founded The Strive Circle

In October 2025 I founded The Strive Circle, a thoughtful, relationship-first networking community with an engaging format that continues to grow rapidly.

Two businesses, one belief

I built an insurance agency on nothing but relationships

In January 2017 I opened Galit Fuller INS Insurance Agency. I had no book of business and no warm list. What I had was a willingness to show up, be useful, and stay in touch with people long after there was anything in it for me.

That agency is still running today, and it is the reason I can teach this with a straight face. The Connection Company grew directly out of it. Business owners kept asking me the same question, over and over: how do you actually build a network? In September 2024 I started answering it for a living.
